Face of the Fan Winners Ed and Tracey visit the NY Public Library to view classic Spider-Man comic books

Comments

Classics were amazing, 1 Day 2 Hours 13 minutes to go !

I got a lot of Spider-Man comic books. I think I have over 50 comics or more of Spider-Man from various titles such as Ultimate Spider-Man and Amazing Spider-Man (old and new issues). That's awesome that you (Ed) get to go to the NYC library to check out the issues. If only you could read them, huh? Well thanks for the blog. Only 1 day left until Spider-Man 3, I am so EXCITED. Cya.

man i wish i was born when the comics came out. i would have bought as many as i could! all of them look so cool, and ive heard of the one that says "Secret Wars" or something.

WOW That was awesome Ed. It seems that you like those comics a lot! Thanks for sharing some of that enthusiasm with us! I wish I could have been there with you guys. That would have been awesome. Less than one day left until I see Spider-man 3!!! I CANNOT WAIT! I have been counting down the days. It is crazy!! My counter for days has finally reached 0! YAY! I am going with a big group of people to the Spider-Man 3 premiere in my city. AWSOME! This is going to be a blast!! THANKS EVERYONE FOR MAKING SPIDER-MAN 3!!! I KNOW I WILL BE BLOWN AWAY :D :D Peace!!

That's really, really cool. I wish I could go to New York and check those out. I have just about all the comics on DVD-ROM, but it's not the same as the real thing.
Who would have thought that comic books would need to be put under security?

the actor was great

I am ajay singh i am a fan of you

I wish I had some of those comics.... their so cool. I love the one were spiderman gets trapped on Doc Ock's secret layer while it's floding. that one's awsome, I think it's number 33 or something like that... u should check it out,
Spiderman comming out tomorow!!!! awsome!!!

i love all the spiderman comics but the comics with venom or carnage in are the best

my favorite comic would be the Dr. Octopus comic, that was a classic.

One of my favorite issues of Spider-Man is part one of the "Maximum Carnage" saga. I was lucky to find it when I all ready had a few of the other chapters. I loved how three Spider-Villains teamed up right away and then Spidey does a really cool stunt. And it ending with him crash landing in Cloak & Dagger's home. This was the beginning of the biggest bloodbath in Spider-Man history!!!

I want a comic! They look so good!

My favorite are the Amazing Spiderman series, particularly under John Romita and Gil Kane and Stan (the man) Lee. My favorites I saved up for and bought as a kid are ASM #39-40, 50, 88-90, 96-98, 105-107, and my all-time favorites 121-122 (Death of Gwen Stacy and the Goblin!) I love the artwork and the great classic storylines. I am 37 years young and still love Spidey. Thanks Stan and Steve for creating him. Thanks Sam for bringing him to life on screen! I love it!

hello there!
i love spidey too! do you have a picture of "love ny" in this latest movie? please do share it to me... please.. the one with heart and the word NY.. thanks@@
